Summary
In just 4 days after forming up a team, we ideated, designed, and successfully implemented the core functionality of our microscopy image processing platform. The platform applies deep learning algorithms to improve the quality of microscopy images. Ultimately, this platform will analyze microscopy images ‒ e.g. ratio of M1/M2 macrophages ‒ without scientists having to strain their eyes.
